Every member, in-person or online, gets live and on-demand wellness sessions, guided meditation and breathwork, courses, and invitations to community events. In-person members also get full access to the SoHo space — classes and sound baths on-site — plus recovery add-ons like IV therapy, hyperbaric, and red light.
In-person membership includes everything online does, plus the physical SoHo space: book classes and sound baths on-site and purchase recovery add-ons. Online membership gives you the full digital ecosystem — live and on-demand sessions, meditation, courses, and community — from anywhere.
